Replications enlarged or reduced to any size...

With advancements in digital scanning, 3D printing and casting technologies, any one of the completed sculptures in the Liberty (R)evolution collection can now be reduced or enlarged to any size, in real bronze. Timeless has penned a special message for each completed sculpture, to be permanently engraved into some of the large replications, or embedded into the base of smaller castings. These will literally carry the message of Liberty into the future.

In this way we pass along what books and films, institutions and governments cannot; safe under the protection of the genuine lovers of freedom who own them.

The magic of digital scanning, 3D printing and modern casting techniques...

It starts with taking thousands of high resolution images guided by vertical, horizontal, wavy lines and grids cast onto the original, so a “digital copy” of the sculpture can be painstakingly created on the computer. The computer then drives either a 3D milling machine or a 3D printer (Not unlike a document printer, only it “stacks” material with each pass.). Even fine wood grains and char textures are transferred! Bronze sections are individually hot-cast, using the “lost-wax” method. The assembled works are then meticulously patched, detailed and polished and a “patina” is applied. This process results in remarkable, weatherable sculptures at a fraction the cost of their one-of-a-kind wooden “originals”.

The latest sculpture to join the collection, by the process above, has now been enlarged to10 feet, on a two foot pedestal... 12 feet of enduring bronze.
